Göttemia ble til i Eidsberg i 2001, og siden den gang har de vært Europa rundt og spilt punk for folk og fe. Besetningen fra 2005 har vært Ola (gitar), Roy (trommer), Laurits (bass) samt Christer (vokal), Etter at Christer slutta i bandet, ble Ricky Norum med på synth og vokal i desember 2014. Dette gav bandet ny giv, og når julefreden senket seg, hadde Göttemia allerede vært i studio og spilt inn en ti spors EP med bare splitter nye låter. Göttemia sitt første album er rett til rundt hjørnet, men nå kommer det altså brått en EP først.

Det har blitt en tradisjon for bandet å dra på en skikkelig heisatur av en turne rundt påsketider hvert år, og da passer det fint å ha med en EP i kofferten som viser bandet anno 2015. I år går turen til Tyskland, Tsjekkia, Polen og Slovakia. Turneen dras i gang med slippfest på Last Train i Oslo 26.mars. Tidligere EPer: Two wrongs make one right (med Freedumb, 2007), Split EP (med Lucky Malice, 2010), Super Best Friends (med Anti Poison Slammer, Leaders Off og Afforable Hybrid 2011) og Oslo Theme (med The Good, The Bad and The Zugly 2013).
